Ms. Sara Wolfe
Sara Wolfe is an Aboriginal registered midwife working in Toronto. She has been working in maternal-child and Aboriginal health since graduating from nursing in 1997. She trained as a midwife in London, UK and through the International Midwifery Pre-registration Program at Ryerson. She is one of the founding partners of Seventh Generation Midwives Toronto. Sara is the head midwife at the tertiary level hospital where her group maintains privileges, and is presently working on several CIHR funded research projects in the areas of indigenous knowledge translation, Aboriginal midwifery and birth centres. Sara has been a part of the NACM since they started. She is the mother of 2 beautiful young girls, Sofia who is 5 and Stella who is 3.
